Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and nice employees fixed our phone transfer issues and got us out of the store with a new phone in less than 45 minutes. Best AT&T experience I’ve ever had.

The store manager here, Forrest, is informed, helpful, direct. Got us out of a pickle on a tight timeline and was clearly an authority on iPhone products and process (knows Androids very well, but, is also the Apple Master for the state of AK). Refreshing and rare to have someone with actual answers.
