“Have been quite happy with the team at Art Mathias State Farm on Arctic Blvd ever since my old agent (Cathy Saario) retired. Hold home, multiple auto, and travel-trailer policies. Any time I need something, the staff are quick to respond and thorough in the outcome. I also hold tow/assistance rider for $10/yr per car. When I need roadside assistance, I call a tow company and afterwards email StateFarm the bill and they're quick to mail out the reimbursement. They'll email policy/coverage cards quickly if lost or needed for any reason. Friendly and polite on the phone. Love the app for paying bills and checking (and even changing!) coverage. Keep up the solid work.”
