I know it's part of their policy with the free install on the purchased wipers but it is my first time an employee offered the help without being asked.”

When I went to the store, the battery is ready for pick and install. I forgot the name of the guy, (tall, skinny) but he’s really helpful and installed my battery. “Need to give a shout out to Quinn. Time for an oil change, needed to get some oil to top it off before our appointment next week because we've run the car a bit too far past the service date for it. Quinn got me what I needed, i work in anc but live in palmer. Needed to get this done before driving back out. Put in the oil... And it all drained out under the car. Apparently the plug is either gone/loose/something. He helped me get a new one and troubleshoot finding a mobile mechanic to come put it on. Wasn't able to get it done bc of the car's configuration and had to get it towed back to the valley but he and Andrew were so kind and great company while I waited there until closing. and as a woman alone hanging out, I felt safe being there. Thanks guys!”

“Brice and his team are phenomenal, they were able to accommodate me on quick notice to remove my Draeger interlock from my truck.
