“Great customer service! I had to bring back a NEBO flashlight due to a defective charger port. But I could not find my receipt of purchase though. The gentleman helping me was very patient and took his time to try to find the transaction. They eventually figure it out and was able to give me a brand new replacement flashlight. “I was in the middle of moving and didn’t have access to my tools, my truck battery was stuttering bad on start up, i called them up for a new battery, Craig at the store not only only offered to help me but even opened up the warehouse for me to pull in on a snowy day and swapped the battery for me, definitely above and beyond the normal customer service definitely recommend them.”

“Lawrence help me come up with coils spark plug advice as well as excellent service. Him and the team, basically give me perfect customer service every time I get up to the desk. I'm pretty much always happy when I see his face. The hospitality, customer service is really helpful. He even remembers my project when I come in the next day asking for extra parts or pieces. In this particular episode, Lawrence helped me diagnose a ignition coil and spark plug. When the mechanic shop attempted to tell me I needed to replace all spark plugs, he clarified, milcodes indicate if multiple misfires or single misfire.
