Best Buy offers great products in a very nice and clean store. However, during Christmas time, many shelves and pegs are empty, making it potentially safer to order things online. Customer service is often described as the bottom of the tier, with associates acting annoyed, seeming unhappy to help, and being rude in general. Customers frequently have to hunt down an employee, and there can be long waits with approximately ten customers for every one or two representatives. The store layout can also make it hard to find items due to a lack of clear aisle labels. In contrast, some experiences are exceptional, with incredibly kind and generous management who provide invaluable assistance, even honoring sale prices to help disappointed customers who have traveled far.
i WAS BRINGING IN VACUUM CLEANERS TO RECYCLE. THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DOOR, A YOUNG MAN NAMED DIEGO TOOK THEM OVER TO WHERE YOU TURN THEM IN WHICH HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO. HE WAS VERY NICE AS WELL AS KIND.
