What really sold me was that the small family company had their own installer (not contractor) that came in to do the install. This required running pipe and installing the vacuum, he was professional, clean and gave good operating instructions.”

“Dragging my wife to this bestbuy was a hard sell because we’ve had terrible experiences with service and trying to find things that were “on stock” at the Dimond location. We’re pretty chill people so figured it was a one off thing, but it was every time and on several different occasions.When Melvin greeted us at the door with his positive attitude and offered to help us find anything we needed without being asked, we felt way better. He offered to at least point us in the right direction, which was way more human interaction than we’ve gotten in the last 4 trips to dimond combined. When we got to the aisle we were looking for, all of the display headphones worked, and the stock was where it was supposed to be too. Neither can be said for the location down south.It’s worth making the trip for this one even if it’s a few miles further than the south location”

I love the fact that you get a notification when items are ready and a Scan Order code to show them.I do not enjoy the pickup line however. It was longer (worse) than just going through checkout. Guess everyone had the same idea I did. Great items though. Easy to use online purchasing! B+ overall experience.”
