“I've used them twice for my Alaskan adventures!! They have a fantastic staff!! They even dropped us off at the airport after we returned the car!! One of the better priced rentals compared from the airport!!! Plus it's about a 10 minute ride from the airport too. Definitely recommend this local family car rental company!!!”

“I always have the best luck with cars from this company. I have rented from them 3 times and their winter rates are very reasonable. It's also very nice to know you will have all wheel drive in the winter. They even have cars with studs. The cars are well maintained but they are also reasonable about minor paint defects. (An almost certainty when driving in Alaska) The counter people are always very nice. This is definitely my preferred car rental company.”
“We give Alaska RV Rentals five stars for their wonderful service. From the very first conversation that I had with Jamie I felt confident that we were in good hands. She gave me great advice concerning the camper and also had a few ideas of places we might like to visit. Great ideas! Everyone we dealt with when picking up and returning the camper was polite, thorough, and helpful. We had one toilet problem while out on the road (Our fault. We were not flushing with enough water.) We called and immediately someone called us back and talked my husband through how to fix the problem.
We would give our class C camper, Khloe, four stars. She ran well, was comfortable, clean, and we never had trouble with her! The only reason for the four stars rather than five is that, while Khloe has been well cared for, with 46000 miles on her, she shows some wear and tear. A bit squeaky on the road, but the bed was comfortable, the stove worked well, and she got us all over the Kenai Peninsula, up to Denali and back with no problems.
Were we to travel back to Alaska we would once again turn to Alaska RV Rentals to rent a camper!”

“I rent a car in airport enterprise and the tire flat keeps alarm but they told me that’s calibration issue.
Fortunately, this enterprise is close to my hostel and I came here for help.

“Rented a car for 6 days. The contact less transaction made it quick and simple for me to get my vehicle and get to my destination. Got a Chevy Malibu that was perfect for my family, the only thing was the wipers were poor for the rainy weather we experienced. There were no extra charges to the bill, everything was the same price that I booked it for. I would definitely rent from them again. There is a shuttle that comes and picks you up from the airport and brings you there when you are returning the vehicle. Its 24hrs so its very convenient and accommodating to your trip. “Both the picking up the car and the return were so quick and efficient. The young man I picked the car up from was so courteous and professional (sorry I forgot his name)….just a really nice young man. When I returned the car Gabby was quick to help me….she was checked the car over, gave me instructions on how to get to the terminal and I was on my way. I see Gabby moving up to a higher position for sure. Nice personality and great customer service skills. Actually they both wete definitely customer service oriented. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one.”
“The staff releasing the rental vehicle to me was very polite and friendly. He did make a mistake by giving me a wrong vehicle. After I pointed out the error, he immediately corrected it and gave me the correct vehicle.
The rental vehicle was a Mazda CX-5. It was sufficient for two of us driving mainly on the good public roads in Alaska. The vehicle did have a problem. The foldable mirrors on both sides are loose every time we open the vehicle doors. We had to make mirror adjustments every time we started to drive the vehicle. It did not cause any safety issue, but it was very annoying for us. The rental company should exam the vehicle and fix it before renting it out again.
Overall I am pleased with the vehicle and the vehicle renting company.”
“Easily my go-to for any trip to Anchorage. By far the best value and quality - I will 100% be recommending this company to any of my friends and family hoping to visit AK or Wrangell-St. Elias National Park.
The car handled the drive very well to Denali, Wrangell, and Kenai Fjords and we were not charged any additional or young driver fee. Most companies prohibit travel on Nabesna Rd and McCarthy Rd into Wrangell Ntl park.
They were also kind enough to quickly issue a refund for new windshield wiper blades we picked up for the car on our way out. Easy customer service! Quick to answer any questions we had prior to our trip. Our car was literally right outside the shuttle ready for us when we landed.

“One of the best car rental experiences I’ve had. I got this super nice 2024 Rav 4 with heavy duty all weather mats including cargo!! Which was super nice for my winter trip. The car was in great shape and clean. The employees were super nice, picked up the car super fast. I personally declined any additional add-ons and the employees were understanding and still super nice. Ended up dropping it off at the airport with only a $25 drop fee, super convenient. No complaints whatsoever, will definitely come back again. Got the receipt the day I returned the car, no surprises.”
“We planned to visit ALL the National Parks and had one left to visit, Wrangell-StElias. Crystal rented us a Kia Carnival.. So nice. The weather was mixed, so it was extra nice to have a larger car. “Fast, efficient service from the Anchorage Airport Hertz team. We were given a Hyundai Kona, which turned out to be a reliable vehicle for exploring Alaska. Rental prices are definitely higher than what we’re used to, but that’s true of just about everything in Alaska, not just Hertz. The Kona got us everywhere we needed to go without any issues. Overall, a smooth rental experience and a good start to our Alaska trip.”

“My wife and I booked a van for a few days to explore Denali. Our flight to Anchorage had some changes and Matt was extremely flexible and accommodating. The van (the Puffin) was in awesome condition and was perfect for my wife and I. Being equipped with cooking equipment and all of our needed bedding, towels, coolers and bear spray made it super easy to get right on the road. Matt also gave us some awesome recommendations of places to check out and an off the beaten path scenic route to/ from Denali. Highly recommend for any couple looking to explore Alaska!”
