Booked a Transit Van online to use as a cheap rental car for a week visit to AK. Arrived late due to flight delays (1am) & the U-Haul app didn't like that fact, but the manager of this location replied to my text in the middle of the night & fast-tracked me through the process with just a picture of my DL & a confirmation of the vehicle equipment ID number. He even credited the delayed pickup time onto the end of my rental window. Truck was brand new with only 100miles on it. Best U-Haul experience I've had honestly.”

The 10' GMC box van was clean and well mannered, and not the super high mileage worn-out trucks from the Old Seward location that have travelled the ALCAN highway 47 times, and was an absolute pleasure to use to transport large scaffolding pieces from job sites. “I always have the best luck with cars from this company. I have rented from them 3 times and their winter rates are very reasonable. It's also very nice to know you will have all wheel drive in the winter. They even have cars with studs. The cars are well maintained but they are also reasonable about minor paint defects. (An almost certainty when driving in Alaska) The counter people are always very nice. This is definitely my preferred car rental company.”
