The pharmacy is reliable, with prescriptions ready on time, and the staff takes the time to answer questions and explain new medications. While the phone system has been an issue at times, it seems to have improved recently, leaving customers satisfied with the overall excellent customer service.

While traveling in Anchorage I had medication that needed refills. My ap would not allow me to refill one. I went in and spoke with the tech there who was extremely helpful and was able to order and refill. It was ready in minutes. She also recommended a nearby campground for us! Great customer service!

This pharmacy has the most helpful and kind staff, I really appreciate them. My prescriptions are always filled timely and they are so quick to help resolve any issues with prescriptions sent by my prescribing doctor.
