“We did a last minute rental for a mobility scooter. Not only were they able to help us on short notice, they were wonderfully helpful and accommodating for us. Joe went over and above to make sure everything with our rental was perfect. And when Joe recommends where to get sandwiches and pie, take his word for it!! “I am so thrilled with the crew at this pharmacy... I cannot remember the name of the first pharmacist I spoke with but the second one was Olivia. The first one was a young man who got my prescription pulled from another pharmacy within 2 hours and had it filled. I was struggling with the Walmart app, and the second representative, Olivia made it happen... Got my prescription processed and shipped out to me. I am so grateful for this crew. I'm currently working in a remote part of Alaska on a ship, and I need my medicine. This crew got the job done and made it happen. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and thank you some more.”
“went for a refill today. 3/1 @ 6:30pm. was told by her (there were 2 people including her) to wait while they get it ready. they proceed to help about 3 other people and 1 specificly “she’s the last person, we’re just opening for her” by the other girl to people who just came after 7pm mark. then they proceed to give her her refill. the girl who TOLD us to wait, proceeds to close and disappear. i watch her close but didn’t say anything to her because she TOLD US to wait so i think okay, we’re waiting like you TOLD us to wait so ur gonna close and then get us our refill cause u CLEARLY, SEE us sitting on the bench, WAITING. after 15 minutes i think, oookay, she’s gone. is she coming back to give us our refill LIKE SHE TOLD US TO? i didn’t say anything cause she SEES us. she KNOWS we’re still there. she could’ve told us it’s late and we’ll have to do it tomorrow. we waited 40 minutes. just for her to disappear. we asked a random associate but she couldn’t do anything cause both the pharmacy girl was gone. we went to customer service and they couldn’t do anything because the pharmacy is a third party. i’m not happy that i was told to wait, 40 minutes for her to disappear after helping “the last customer” with her refill THAT TOOK HER MINUTES to do while she SEES us. like ?????????? what was the point of telling us to wait if u didn’t want to help us???edit: came back 3/2 @ 6pm and the pharmacist (lead - Madelin!) was there today. she did say she saw our review, understood us, that we were a valued customer, and will talk to the person who did that to us. i greatly appreciated being understood! i was NOT happy yesterday! thanks for understanding! the people today were great.”

“Don't be like me and accidentally review the wrong place (meant to give bad ratings to Walgreens) and give bad ratings. The pharmacist here at the Target CVS was amazing and so patient with my kiddos and me getting our flu shot. Prior to going to CVS we went to walgreens and the service was AWFUL. I came here and it was great. He didn't have to take a walk in, let alone a kiddo who wasn't having it, but he did with ease. Thank you.”

“Credena Health Pharmacy Anchorage quickly processes my prescriptions with text notifications when they’re ready, saving me so much time. When I need my prescriptions mailed to me in Nome, they usually get them to me within a day or two. Recently, USPS made a mistake with my package. When I contacted the pharmacy staff to discuss it, they were incredibly helpful and told me they would resend my prescription by Express the very next day. I really appreciate how quickly they responded and went above and beyond to make sure I received my medication. I received the next day. I felt very taken care of.”

“Hi there, I agree, Best pharmacists in Anchorage. In fact, I lost my voice to illness and needed my medication. My substitute doctor for some reason sent my prescription to a mail delivery service when I needed it immediately. The pharmacist felt bad when I called the doctor's office and couldn't speak, so she took my phone and took over, telling the nurse that the other order had to be cancelled immediately so she could fill it. I was truly grateful! My only complaint is with this website. The photo of Carrs with the mountains in the background is either manipulated or from somewhere else. There are mountains nearby but not behind my Carrs.”

“They are great they are so helpful , but when I call them it is always something different on why my medication hasn’t been sent out or what I have to do to get them sent, witch isn’t convenient also it varies on who answers the phone , not sure if sometimes a manager picks up the phone sometimes or if a regular staff member picks up the phone but sometimes its like they make up a new rule or excuse on why they haven’t been sent or what I need to do. And than sometimes it’s absolutely amazing interaction and service and I don’t have to do anything. But idk some of the employees seem to have a bone to pick with me or something. But doesn’t affect me receiving my medication so can’t really bag on them to much. But consistency would be nice ! Thank you guys for helping us Alaskan especially in rural areas.”

“In a real pinch, this pharmacy came through for me in a big way! After credena pharmacy decided to close on Saturdays, suddenly and without notice, and dropped the ball for auto-fill in a big way, I was left with half a dozen scripts that were completely empty for an entire weekend! I was able to contact my doctor for a partial refill of the most vital ones and they called in to Carrs, which was apparently open all weekend... Elizabeth was so incredibly kind and diligent. A single medication was going to cost me $242 for just three days supply but she worked some magic and I ended up with zero copay. I don't expect that to happen every time, but it was clear that she is prepared to go above and beyond as much as possible to provide care to patients.Needless to say, I'm in the market for a new pharmacy and Carrs is on my list.”

“Walmart has fairly cheap Alaska souvenirs. I bought a turquoise sweatshirt, magnet, koozie and t shirt. There is no mirror next to it and not as much selection as Eagle River store. Dressing rooms were locked, and no one was around to open them. 10 cents for a paper bag.”
