“They’ve had everything I’ve needed with knowledgeable staff. Sale prices are good and so much selection you can always choose a sale item. Restrooms are well maintained as is the parking lot and store.”
“I generally shop at carrs(Safeway), but my wife wanted me to bring the son to her work and Fred Meyers was next door so I decided to take a trip to a store that I normally don't visit nor do I care too.
Every year it seems they change the layout and it gets harder to find something that I want every time.
Parking is generally adequate at best, personally I feel they could use more parking.
I had a rather unpleasant experience due to the way product was stacked on shelves when I removed an object another one fell from a higher stack falling to the floor creating a big slippery/ slick mess of peaches and peach juice, I let an associate know about the problem he Shrugged and didn't seem that responsive to it.
Prices are moderate up here in Alaska we will pay pretty much the standard price and they're usually within a dollar(+ or -) of any of their other competitors.
As it goes for actual products on the Shelf there's a wide variety whether it be healthy foods or unhealthy Foods clothing name brand or off brand they carry pretty much everything.
there's even a small Hardware section for the DIY home user don't expect to find large items, but for the quick trip around the corner just to get something to hang a picture or other small Hardware needs.”

“Large and clean. The clothing for young women are great. There’s a big selection. Impressive Lego selection in toys. I couldn’t find a long skirt in a size 10. Everything was short for the upcoming summer, but the weather was still cold. The men’s section was small and not fully stocked and employees stood in the way in that section having a chat near the employee only door.”

“I went shopping the other day and every time I look up there was a cop and store employee. Now I'm not homeless and definitely don't look homeless. When I got to the register and they saw that I paid they walked away. I was really mad and hurt by the experience. I work 2 jobs and always pay for whatever I may want at that time. So now when I get off of work I'm going to fred Meyer and simply walk around and act like I'm buying something just to waste there time. People if you find yourself in the same situation being followed by store cop or employee simply walk out and boycott them.”
“Matthew, Vision Manager, is the Best Customer Service person I have ever experienced. I brought in my prescription reading glasses for a nose piece replacement. It turned out not to be that easy. He worked on my glasses for nearly an hour until it was completed accurately and professionally. The whole time he apologized for it taking so long. “Great deals. The store is very large and many shelves and racks aren’t fully stocked. The atmosphere is laid back. The staff are friendly and helpful. A cashier took me to an item I couldn’t find on my own.”
“I am not sure if this target has had some shipment issues or what but the last few times I have been I haven't been able to get what I was looking for because they were out of stock and just looking around you can see lots of bare shelves. The store is generally clean although the bathrooms need a good cleaning. The staff is great as always.”
