It takes a special person to live here but I like it for what it is.THE BAD:1. The normal patrons are homeless or passerbyers. Expect all the normal homeless shenanigans (petty arguments, loitering, outside filth, and occasional hookers).2. The wait staff usually seems annoyed, understandingly. They must deal with rude, low-class patrons and loitering all day every day.THE GOOD:1. The doors are locked at night, and front desk staff demands that guest show their faces when entering and wait for customers to retrieve them.2. It's connected to Dami restaurant. Dami serves very good fried rice and sushi. They also do room service for an additional $5 only.3. It's located just 4 blocks from the 5th Avenue Mall and other city attractions. The area is beautiful.

The location is awesome, conveniently located downtown next to a lot of downtown hotspots. The rooms are outdated and dirty. There is a lot of drug related activity on the property, and the staff are rude and belligerent.

Location is ok. Rooms are patched together & extremely second hand sheets & blankets, very bare rooms. Lots of sketchy drug users & homeless going in & out all day night to & from multiple rooms. Definitely not worth the $95 a

Filthy windows with no coverings. Carpeting is questionable. Thinnest towels ever. Breakfast is a joke, signs posted that there is a limit of 4 items....not an all you can eat. Male associate over the weekend verrry rude. We had to ask for clean sheets and make our own beds when we finally got them. Noisy at night, homeless/druggies knocking on our windows and door constantly. Place is way over priced. One microwave in a central "common room" with moldy furniture. Surprisingly there is a beautiful, delicious Japanese restaurant attached.

Can I deduct stars from 0? Unfortunately, you have to put 1 star to post a review. Worse hotel ever! Beds look slept in. Broken toilet - literally! The toilet tank is shattered. Holes in walls. Dirty towels. Ugh! Trying to find a decent place to move to ASAP! I've stayed in nicer places in 3rd world countries!

The worst hotel i ever had. Hotel is shabby. room was tiny. No trash can and toilet paper holder in the room. No enough outlet in the room. The carpet in the corridor was really dirty. though breakfast was provided, you were only allowed four items and no breakfast area. if your room was on the 1st floor, you’d better sleep with ear plugs. we booked this inn from expedia, and fooled by the photos there. If there can be negative star, i would definitely rate it. Staff are friendly though.

It pays to know where you are going. This was not what I expected and I was greatly disappointed. Turns out price is not an indication of quality. I do not recommend this place.

WORST place ever! The staff went through all my belongings in my room and took what they wanted and left the room door wide open with what they didn't want left in the room! room 219 (the manager Fred) had my sons Airpod's and room 302 had my daughters cellphone (said he got it from Fred)! My husband found the front desk lady's going through our bags behind the front desk. Drugs being sold out of a window by the back parking lot, homeless and prostitute's everywhere. Apparently Fred cleared out my belongings at 11am "thought we were checking out, must have been a clerical error on his behalf", then went on that day to get arrested for something else non-related to stealing my things and got released the same day! Seems to be a very busy non productive human! The owner keeps these people working there unfortunately I don't see anything changing anytime soon, the police said it happens there to often to keep count and they get at least 35 calls to come out there daily! BEWARE

This is the worst hotel ever. When I arrived there were a lot of homeless people around the hotel and the door was locked. The Uber driver waited for me and recommended another hotel in a better area. I could not even check in. I called and spoke to the manager Fono and she did not even care and would not issue a refund. She clearly doesn’t know anything about customer service, she showed no remorse. I will be contacting corporate.

Save yourself the anguish. Seriously! No linens, mattress off the frame, trash not taken out, the ash tray full, when I first opened the door to my room there was a chair leaned up against the door as if someone was trying to block incoming traffic. Brown splatter covered the walls. The bathroom was horrid. I got a refund and left. Had I been anything other then disagreeable they wouldn't have refunded me. This is a very mild description. I wish I had taken pictures. Save yourself the anguish! This place is a train wreak!

I went to visit someone and wasn't secure enough to leave my car parked in the parking lot for any amount of time, and it was in the day time. There are all kinds of people hanging out in the parking lot bumming money and looking for anything and everything.Nearby activities: Drugs and vandalism

The people working were very nice. We got stuck in town when a road was closed and rolled in at midnight. The room was .. a room. Not my 1st choice but definitely greatful we found a room. Lots of police activity during the night.
