Paid for 2day air. FedEx won’t deliver my package. They want to hold onto it so it’s convenient for when they can deliver it. Total complete waste of my money to pay extra to have my shipment early. Customer service rep was completely useless.

Used 2nd day air,tracking says package in Anchorage,but apparently no one at Fedex knows what happened to the package from September 12th after it arrived in Anchorage,use anybody but Fedex if you want your packages delivered on time and not lost.or stolen

The automated 800 number seems to be unusable when asking questions that are not relatable to the standards set by the programmersIt would not transfer me to an agent
