Even though it's quite the little drive out here, the crew here is always super friendly, and they take good care of my packages. I also really like the fact that they give you all the pricing options, to help find budget friendly options. It's got to be hard, keeping a friendly smile on your face, with a kine of customers out the door, but these guys do a good job of it... Keep up the good work!!

Paid for 2day air. FedEx won’t deliver my package. They want to hold onto it so it’s convenient for when they can deliver it. Total complete waste of my money to pay extra to have my shipment early. Customer service rep was completely useless.

Used 2nd day air,tracking says package in Anchorage,but apparently no one at Fedex knows what happened to the package from September 12th after it arrived in Anchorage,use anybody but Fedex if you want your packages delivered on time and not lost.or stolen

The people who work at Rockwell and the Change Point Fed Ex Hub are super nice and caring. Fed Ex as a company is a joke. The are inept and cause irreparable trauma to people trying to find their packages with vital medical supplies that were supposed to be delivered, days ago. The robo you talk to in order to get to a real person is the worst there is. These people avoid talking to their customers at all costs. After you finally figure out how to get to a real person you they tell you whatever they think you want to hear they promise to call you back in an hour. I never got a return phone call. Do not ever ship something FedEx ground that you want to get where it is going. They do not have any tracking info on it. Workers have to dig through containers and then, even though they worked so hard it was not found. I spent from 9 in the morning until 8:30 pm trying to get my package with vital medical supplies. I am glad I made it through the night.

I live in the middle of anchorage and they cannot get a package to me due them not being able to fine my address on THIER broken GPS system... worthless company NEVER USE

First time shipping anything FedEx and it was extremely easy. The service attendant was super friendly.

Drivers don’t bother to ring the doorbell for a signature required package so now I have to drive to the store to pick it up.

So I put in my order for the Bad Guys movie and a Mr. Wolf plush and its been a month and I still haven’t received it. Are the losers moving boxes on the lines all hololive fans or something? I can’t remember the last time that FedEx had a respectable workers. Have a nice day.
