“Have been quite happy with the team at Art Mathias State Farm on Arctic Blvd ever since my old agent (Cathy Saario) retired. Hold home, multiple auto, and travel-trailer policies. Any time I need something, the staff are quick to respond and thorough in the outcome. I also hold tow/assistance rider for $10/yr per car. When I need roadside assistance, I call a tow company and afterwards email StateFarm the bill and they're quick to mail out the reimbursement. They'll email policy/coverage cards quickly if lost or needed for any reason. Friendly and polite on the phone. Love the app for paying bills and checking (and even changing!) coverage.
