“I spent 5hrs total at the Dimond Ctr getting my phone. Thanks to the help of friends and family after finding out that it would have cost 155.00(USD) to jailbreak my old phone.. In hours spent at the GCI store, it was significantly less.(about 1hr) I finally got my new number, and phone(Galaxy A12) TOTALLY professional staff took care of all concerns, and even put up with me returning 3 times. 5 STARS FOR DIMOND CTR GCI!!!!!”

“I had a billing problem and they were able to fix it. I’m disappointed that their phone customer service was useless. And I’m not happy that I had to take the time an go to a actual physical location just to deal with the bill. But they did fix it and the guy was real nice so I’m gonna have to give him a good review much to my surprise?L O L, neither of the Internet service providers in Anchorage gets very good reviews. “I say alot slower, than my t mobile fi wi/wireless were they gave me my own wireless modem were i can connect my own radio signal, customer service was good , technical support/ the Mitch was very helpful spending alot of time helping me set up besides that think acs could do better by expanding radio towers, build us a internet empire pls ?”
