“Ran into the store to switch out my older modem for a newer model. There were a few people waiting so I was nervous because I needed to pick up my granddaughter. Then I noticed that there were at least 4-5 staff helping customers. And snap!, my name was being called and I was out of there in a flash. Connecting the new modem was a breeze and my slow connection speeds are a thing of the past. Thanks GCI!”

“I say alot slower, than my t mobile fi wi/wireless were they gave me my own wireless modem were i can connect my own radio signal, customer service was good , technical support/ the Mitch was very helpful spending alot of time helping me set up besides that think acs could do better by expanding radio towers, build us a internet empire pls ?”
