“Thank you Andrew for helping my Mama. She is 77 years old and a became widow at the end of 2024. When she came in last year, she was completely taken advantage of. They were upselling her and having her pay for things she didn't or want or need. She was incredibly confused and not fully understanding what was even happening.
I am grateful Andrew helped us to make things right. She was paying over $210 for her 2 phone lines. When I explained what happened and asked about current packages. Andrew helped us figure out what was best for her and she now has a phone bill that is appropriate for 2 phone lines and nothing else.

“My phone was going to need to be replaced, nowhere I found could help me, but Cracked did. I got a “like new” pre owned screen replacement that I got to choose personally for a quoted price of only 250, got it done before opening hours, and I got to watch him do it free of charge. Took maybe 18 minutes from the time I walked in to when I left. Great personality, smart guy, 10/10 will enjoy his services and his prices.”

“I went in a few days ago to get service put on a device that I already owned.
When I walked in, James greeted me and helped me immediately. He got my information, took my ID so he could fill out his paperwork on his end on his tablet, and had me connected and on a plan (the $60 unlimited one) within minutes.
He made sure it worked, and called his phone a few times and my phone a few times prior to me leaving so he was sure there wasn't any problems. He let me know I could get HBO max for signing up and he also explained to me how you get $5 off your monthly bill when you have autopay connected to a bank account or credit card.
It was the easiest, least painful experience I've ever had in a cell phone store.
I appreciate his kindness and his help, will reccomend that specific store and will continue to use cricket for the foreseeable future.

I usually doesn’t leave 5star review because most of store just simply accomplish their job. However this store service is beyond expectation and super friendly.”
“I spent 5hrs total at the Dimond Ctr getting my phone. Thanks to the help of friends and family after finding out that it would have cost 155.00(USD) to jailbreak my old phone.. In hours spent at the GCI store, it was significantly less.(about 1hr) I finally got my new number, and phone(Galaxy A12) TOTALLY professional staff took care of all concerns, and even put up with me returning 3 times. 5 STARS FOR DIMOND CTR GCI!!!!!”

The Verizon call center, on the other hand, was the opposite experience.
I will be saying the Tudor store for all my Verizon needs.”

Then I noticed that there were at least 4-5 staff helping customers. And snap!, my name was being called and I was out of there in a flash.
