HORRIBLE place!! If you can go anywhere else for lab work do it.I got there 15 minutes before they closed for lunch. They had me sign in they took my paperwork, and told me to sit in the waiting room. So I signed in and sat in the waiting room, and while I was there in the waiting room, the gals at the front desk TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS AND LEFT without saying a word to me. I sat there for another 45 minutes, (now an hour total), when another patient came in and began to sign in on the computer. I informed that person that I had been sitting there for over an hour in the dark. Apparently somebody from the back heard me tell the other customer I had been there for an hour, and she came up from the back to tell me I was being inappropriate, and she would not do my lab work. What a joke-and by the looks of all the reviews, I’m not the only one who feels this way.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the phlebotomist was nice, quick, and painless. Good place to get lab work done

Had appt for 2 weeks away but was in town earlier than expected. Did a walk in and was in and out 15 minutes. All the employees were very friendly!!!! Highly recommend

Came to do a urine test for work at 11:20 am, 40 minutes before their lunch. They said they were closed for urine testing, but could draw blood, which I did not need.Had to sit and wait til 1 pm with a full bladder.Update your hours online or actually work when it says you do.

Front desk/employee communicates poorly with people, unfortunately those who are also disabled. Very unaccommodating, hard to watch. Hopefully this lobby is not like this every day. A lot of effort is needed to get front desk to even look up at you.

Horrible service I ever see.At first I don't get my test results.At second they sent me a bill, and nobody answered at working ours. I think need visit again ( to get answers.

Really poor front counter service. Long line. 50 min wait. They tell you that you’re 4th in line and then they change the order. Terrible.

I received take home tests without any instructions! I have called several times to ask for instructions and they do not answer the phone or return my calls.

While some of the staff are really nice. Half of the time they’re running an hour or more behind on appointments, their self check in kiosk is garbage and they are rarely willing to help you from behind the counter. 1/2 of the time they get the orders mixed up and you have to go back in to get redrawn. I only go here because it’s in network but if you can go somewhere else, you’ll probably have less of a headache. I felt bad for the guy getting his urine testing, lady behind the counter just yelled his name and what he was there for.

Awful. Rude receptionist, slow service and no way to reach anyone via phone. Even the lab techs don't seem to know what's going on. Appointments are pretty much non-existent.

No line, minimal wait time. Regardless, I had an appt. They had a student all me if he could do my labs. I explained my veins are deep and they roll and asked him if he still wanted to try. After agreeing and trying his first stick, it was determined he was too scared to proceed. He had an employee come and take my labs. In and out in fifteen minutes.

I'm not quite sure why this place had bad reviews. I have been here six times. Each time was fast, and the people were friendly and professional.

There’s *literally* no number to the front desk, just a heads up. This number is an entirely automated phone line and only directs you to the website. So lame.

Most of the staff I interacted with was rude or incompetent. When I showed up for my appointment, a lab tech called my name for my appointment, the person at the front desk took my paperwork from her and crumpled it up, then cancelled my appointment. She then told me I needed to start the sign in process over again. An hour later, they still hasn't gotten to me, and I had other appointments to get to. Came back 2 days later, waited for an hour and half before I got called back, them they didn't know what year they needed to perform. They had billed me during the first visit for services that weren't rendered, but they couldn't tell me what they had billed me for. Another half hour later, the tech goes to put the tourniquet on, but doesn't make it tight, and then he can't figure out why he can't find a vein. So he sticks the needle in, pulls it back, issues out on, wiggles it around, then starts pulling out in and out and changing the direction, blindly hopping to find a vein. After about two minutes, he gives up and tried the other arm. Got my test results this morning, and...... They ran the wrong tests.
