    The phlebotomist did wonderful. The layout of the office doesn’t support an efficient flow.

    I highly recommend scheduling an appointment vs a walk in, unless you have a lot of time & accept that you could be waiting awhile.

    All the reviews are true -- they will not have your order, the staff are great, you will wait a long time, and you should probably just go somewhere else.

    I had an appointment and after 37 past my appointment time they said I would be next. The call 4 more clients and changed my status to walk in.
