“Tristan helped my husband and I to get a new phone line and new phone. He waited for T-Mobile to give us the transfer pin even though it was close to closing time and it took about an hour and a half to get this transfer pin. He’s patient and understanding. I also got a new phone but ended up getting the wrong case. I will be going back to return this one and get the appropriate case for this new phone. Thank you, hope to see him when I go back.”

“Jacob is amazing I went in today thinking that I was going to lose all of my data on my phone that I need for certain things and he was able to help me figure out how to fix it. This guy goes over and beyond he should get a raise at his job or all of us customers that love how kind and caring he is should give him tips help him out. Cause he deserves to get paid way more than he does. He has helped me out so much when not once but multiple times when I thought all my data was gonna be lost.
