This NAPA did me a solid with a used battery and I’m very thankful for that. Every time I come in here, folks are kind behind the counter. Sometimes they are busy and look a bit stressed but if wait your turn and be polite, they are always eager to help.

Customer service was not good. Idk if the ladies just had a bad morning but they were not friendly at all. If the roads weren’t as bad as they were today I would have taken business elsewhere.
