“Bells Nursery has unique household and personal items to brighten any home or person in the middle of winter. And then spring comes and visiting the greenhouse is filled with color.”
“I really appreciate when large chain stores make a point to carry local items. Found several Alaska brands when I made a recent stop there. Everyone was helpful, Peggy at checkout was amazingly so cluing me in to all the end of summer gardening sales. And while we should all be terrified by the amount of sand, gravel and ice melt that is currently in stock at this location…I for one appreciate the preparedness!”
“I like Lowes better. The atmosphere and colors. The bathrooms are better too but Home adept is still a really good and just as an excellent choice. It just comes down to personal preference or which store you have visited more often. They both have the same things. Still a top notch store regardless.”
“Campbell is the best nursery in town. Good selection--often different than anyone else too--and far more reasonable prices than Faltz. Staff really know their trees, diseases, pests, and how to care for your trees when you get them home. Great customer service.”
“I had to get screws and a rain gutter and the stuff will go together. The military discount was ten percent and I am able to use a vet id or log on the membership to have the thing be able to work.”
“They had a wide range of landscaping products and cool trees but none of the ones listed on their site that I was looking for. They do have some super impressive 10ft tall column apple trees but they were definitely priced accordingly.”
“I love going to Alaska Mill, Feed & Garden! They have an excellent selection of pet supplies, garden tools, wild bird seed, too many cool things to list. The employees are incredibly helpful & friendly! When I got in line a couple days ago, look at the cute pup just in front of me!! His owner had just brought him home, so he was stocking up on puppy supplies, food & toys!”
