Hours: The Home Depot in Anchorage is a store that helps customers tackle any project, big or small. It offers a wide variety of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies under one roof. While a system error once caused a significant delay for a flooring order, the staff at this location kicked into high gear to problem-solve and resolve the issue quickly. Many reviewers call it their favorite location or the Home Depot to shop at, praising the knowledgeable and professional team. Specific staff members in electrical, at the garden center, and at the Pro Desk are highlighted for being very helpful, caring, and providing excellent service and expert advice. Another employee was noted for going above and beyond to assist with a major appliance purchase. However, some customers note that finding an available employee in the store can sometimes be difficult, making the store's app a useful tool for locating items. Overall, the crew is commended for their willingness to help DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike.
