Polar Bear Gifts is a family established and run Alaskan gift shop for nearly three decades. It offers a large, unique selection of Alaskan gifts and is committed to the local community, supporting local artisans and offering local Alaskan souvenirs when possible.
The shop provides a huge selection of souvenirs and apparel, a great spot for hoodies, sweatshirts, or t-shirts with a ton of designs. Items are more reasonably priced than other places, with inexpensive and high quality t-shirts that hold their color and shape after several washes. It is a great place to stock up on smaller gift ideas and has one of the best selections of fun Alaska socks for kids. Not everything is made in Alaska, but customers can check for the bear label for authentic Alaskan made products.
The staff are friendly and helpful, known to go above and beyond for customers. Visitors are very impressed by the selection and most prices, noting that while there is some cheap stuff, there are also many really nice items with decent prices. This store has a huge selection of souvenirs at really reasonable prices. If you're looking for hoodies, sweaters, T-shirts or hats they have so many cool logos and designs to choose from. There's something for everyone of all ages here.
