“I have been doing business at East Chester Post Office for over 40 years. I know the staff and they're great people and always friendly.
This Post Office can get very busy at times and I do notice the staff shortage.
I've had some of the best Mail carriers deliver my mail.
One Postal Carrier, he went the extra mile when I had an knee replacement by doing extra by being patient enough for me to get to the door or even just raise my garage door where he could bring my mail-in to me.
He should be named the employee of the year.

“This post office is not open from 3-5, just from 10-2. It's also not on the first level; its on the third, directly outside of JC Penny. The guy behind the counter said he's been trying unsuccessfully for ages to get the correct hours and location posted, and Google refuses. That being said, he was incredible and funny and quick at his job. Thanks!”
