Totally surprised when I received a call from Lithia and notified my car was ready for pickup. Dropped it off few days ago not running and told it would be awhile getting it looked at. A service tech mentioned he would do what he could do to get it in sooner. My appreciation goes above and beyond. Thanks for the extra effort.

Ordered up a trim piece for my 2010 Ram 1500 Sport. Called me about a week later, picked it up right on time. Only downside was that it was $82.00, but the parts guy doesn't make up the inflated price so can't fault him. Counter guy was professional, courteous and kept me informed of how long it takes for the part to arrive.
