“Incredible shop, these guys care about your safety and your cars health. They prioritize economically conscious decisions and do not try and sell you every repair under the sun to make a quick buck. An example of this is disclosing our brakes are safe but a little old but it is not necessary to drop 1,200 bucks to fix them when they’re fine and we can deal with the minor mechanics a bit down the road, for now will keep it under $500.00. On top of their honest practices they have stellar customer service. You will get phone calls throughout the day with updates, diagnostics, requests for approvals, and an ETC. After years of dealing with dishonest car shops I am happy to have found our go to shop. 10/10 recommend their expertise as these guys work hard to provide top tier service for both your car and you, thank you all for such an amazing experience.”

The guys at quality tune got me in same day and fixed my issue pretty quickly for a reasonable price. Their customer service is as good as their work! “I called FATS today to get some information on an engine rebuild for my 2000 ford crown victoria. I found out some really good info for FATS auto. The customer service writer told me a lot of info that saved me a lot of money in the long run. He shed some light on the engine rebuild process and what it takes to get the engines to work right. He saved me a lot of heartache. Thx for your help. I will look to do business for them in the future.”

“Hale’s saved me thousands of dollars in fixes and the cost a rental car. A different, clearly predatory shop (they barely tried to hide it) was trying to convince me I needed to replace my head gasket.Hale’s was able to tentatively diagnose it—over the phone—as a sound coming from the timing chain tensioner. I brought it into their shop and turns out they were correct.My car is now working perfectly well—better than it has in at least 2 years—and the issues are gone.Very knowledgeable, very friendly folks, who aren’t in the business of price-gouging. They saved me at least 94% of the costs that I would have paid if I had stuck with the other shop—$230 vs ~$4000, all things considered. They went out of their way to get me a loaner car to drive around anchorage while the one I purchased was being detailed for several hours. They took care of everything from external financing to DMV paperwork and explaining all of the little details in between. I would recommend, it was a good experience.”

“I could not be more pleased with the work done on my Mini Cooper this week. The staff at AIR got a few things very right:1. They scheduled me quickly2. They performed the repair on time and exactly on budget with my quote which was in line with my research..3. They were responsive and kind when I called.The above is great work - what follows is excellence...4. When I picked up the vehicle there was a minor issue, this isn't uncommon, Mini Coopers are tiny sewing machines the devil is absolutely in the details when it comes to these cars. - The staff immediately diagnosed the problem and told me it was safe to drive for the weekend so i would not be without the car (this was late on a Friday)5. They then scheduled me on Monday and had the issue fixed at no charge by 12:30 pm on the same day.6. Finally in auditing the transactions to the previous week their staff apparently discovered a charge that wasn't necessary - a charge I'd have never questioned - and called me to refund me the cost.I have a new import shop in Anchorage - if you're looking for one --- Look here.”
