Hours: The Pet Stop is a well-stocked and clean store with a spacious waiting room. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, providing excellent and compassionate care. The entire team, from front to back office, communicates well with each other and with clients. They work hard to help pets be seen, even in semi-urgent last-minute needs through a wait list. The clinic has a very useful phone app. It is an excellent tool to keep track of all pets, including appointments, vaccinations, and medications. The app also features an instant chat messaging service with staff, who respond promptly. Some clients note that response time from emails and phone calls can be slower than previously, but it remains a solid and trusted clinic. While the clinic is not currently taking new clients, only new patients from existing clients, many have received care here for over ten years and highly recommend it for anyone with any kind of animal. The atmosphere is consistently praised, though some note that paperwork can be extensive and would be ideal to complete electronically before a visit.
