Rude very rude, just sending out a phone my package has the usps option or ups I live closer to ups I came here she tries to send me off to usps. I said it says either usps or ups, she then says that's not my point. If you don't like doing your job or doing actual work find another job.

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. Yo do an Amazon return you have to use the self-service kiosk. I have my own job, I don’t want to do yours too. 3 people in line for the kiosk. Hours on building and online state they’re open on Sundays from 10-3. Sadly, this is not the case. What a waste of my time. :(
