“I accidentally made an appointment with these guys, thought it was the “Alaska Tire Service.” I’m glad I made the mistake I was pleasantly surprised. Don’t mind the guys tone of voice at the front on the phone, he’s actually a good guy from the vibes I felt at the place, (don’t mind the tone it’s just a tone nothing personal, I’m saying this because of the reviews below, and I didn’t sense anything bad, but each to his own.) My tires were balanced and rotated in less than 30 minutes.I am a prior customer and previously bought studded tires here. The front end of the business can be a bit chaotic when busy and the waiting area can also get cramped when they are busy.”

“Every visit thus far has gone well. Prices seem competitive. It's in a great location for us, Debarr and Airport Heights, directly across from Alaska Regional hospital near Merrill Field airport. While we've only had mild work done, there have been no disappointments. This is mostly for the gas.Our routine is pretty simple, we stop after leaving the hospital for fuel and snacks, then up the road to the Glenn and home.”

“Had a flat tire. Had to wait almost a month to get a replacement due to shipping issues with getting my tire replaced with the exact make/version to match my other 3. Contacted Justin, the manager every week to get update. He was always professional and helpful. They finally got the tire in and I went to pick it up and the wrong tire was installed on my rim. Justin was there and went above and beyond to get me taken care of same day with all new tires for the massive delay and error. Dalton at the front desk is solid and professional. These guys are in a thankless job. Making mistakes is life. But, Justin and Dalton have made my life easier by being the amazing professionals they are, and going above and beyond to make sure I was finally taken care of! They even packed my spare tire back in the trunk and put all the parts back together in the trunk space. Wow! Thank you Justin, Dalton, and the Tire team! You guys rule!”
