Be careful, Anna their manager is very much a stickler for the law and will be sure to get in your face over a .10 cent bag while she checks you out with only 1/2 her attention because 4 people behind the line doing everything but helping customers makes complete sense

Walgreens pharmacy in Anchorage Alaska are near a total failure. They have already closed one of their pharmacies four miles from the one I currently been sitting in the lone drive up for 30 minutes, with cars in front of me having not moved at all. This may be an all-nighter. This is an addendum and a edit to my previous review. After watching a couple of the vehicle in front of me having sat in the drive up window for some time drove off in disgust...so its is my turn to drive up to the window and wait... When someone finally shows up that tell me my prescription is not ready. 😵💫

Wasted my time needing to get a pair of $3 tweezers out of lockup deserves a 1 star review. Tweezers locked up but thousands of other items worth much more not. You’re illogical and ridiculous.

I got kicked out even though I’ve been here one other time and have paid the other time, and was looking forward to pay for whatever I purchased here. Which was mostly a drink and a snack. When I didn’t find what I wanted, decided to go look at the makeup section, when the security stopped me and accused me of stealing something, and or “staff recognize me” which again, I have only been to this location one other time, and have paid. Said I couldn’t be in there. Shame on you all.

Good luck getting your prescriptions filled here. The actual pharmacy part is only open on random days, and has been closed 3 out of the past 4 times I have gone there, needing my medicine. Extremely frustrating!

Very slow. Took 5 hours to get a small bottle of prescription ear drops. Said they could not fulfill VA Veterans Affairs medical insurance. Not sure if the government or the Walgreens corporation, or both are roadblocking prescriptions for disabled veterans, but it needs to get fixed.

Horrible service. This woman just jumped down my throat when I was trying to talk. Mix up with the discounts. She said she had to pee and needed a break. Let your employees take their break so they’re not barking.
