My least favorite store in all of Anchorage. Every time I go in, they find a new way to make it a bad experience.

Happy to say I don’t have to use this place anymore. I’d rather walk across town in the snow or rain. I’m not even blaming the employees for the incompetence here, because it’s just a top-down disaster.

Got passport photos taken for my family and I and the passport office made us redo all of them because they didn’t follow any of the guidelines.
