This branch gave me 20s without giving any choice of bills. Went into the branch to exchange for 100s and they said without an account I couldn’t exchange for larger bills. Terrible customer service.

So when my grandmother passed away she bank at this bank. So after getting the proper paperwork to release any monies this bank worked with me to take care of her business. I did open a account here to take care of her stuff and bills. I had a great person in the bank who did her best to get what I needed done.
