Had been a member for over 10 years and continually found the customer service inadequate. The only reason to join a smaller institution is to benefit from a more personal touch, save yourself the time and head to Wells Fargo.

Avoid this Credit Union. Complete lack of customer service and deceptive business practices. If you do business with them you will regret it at some point. Not a mistake I will make again or let my friends and family make.

The tellers at this location are superb. Very friendly and very nice and helpful. I could not ask for better service.
