“Great service and super friendly. We were tired of GCI and paying too much for throttling back and we really don't use the internet THAT much. Also, we would get constant service disconnection so we asked around and the alternative was MTA. Great customer service and we chose the basic package since it was the cheapest. Well, turns out we used the internet more than we thought and they actually called us to let us know BEFORE the bill was due and we just upgraded to the next level instead of paying overage charges and have kept the same service for years now. It's faster than our previous service provider and I can count on one how many times we lost service compared to the other company when it seemed to be at least once a week and MUCH cheaper. HIGHLY recommend MTA, heck it's the only service I recommend for internet in Alaska.”
