It was much better than a lot the review I read. Definitely quaint. The owners are lovely and it felt like you were staying at a relative's house. Not in the most convenient location, but near enough to the University, Museum of the North, and the airport (all walking distance if you have the time)

The room was very clean and cozy. Bathroom was well stocked and the couple that runs the place are absolutely wonderful.

It was a hassle trying to check in, went to the building then had to go to another building down the block, the floors were disgusting, the sheets smelt bad. It was cold and it smelt weird. Can’t really explain it. Not that comfy
