“Every time I have had an issue with my auto start, he has fixed it and with no charge if it's just something simple. Lots of other shops charge you for every little thing. He is an honest business guy and stands behind all of his work. Extremely friendly and helpful and really knows what he is doing. I've used him for autostart and speakers and cannot reccomend this guy enough.”

“Jose's is the best! I hit a moose this winter and they were able to repair all the damage back to brand new, and you can't even tell there was ever damage! They maintained good communication throughout the process, it did take a bit longer than they anticipated but they were able to get it done by the time I needed it back. “A simple fix will get a life time of business. Recently purchased a new battery for our ATV. Battery tested good prior to being sold to us. After installing in the machine, it just wouldn't work. Brought back 4 weeks later and was graciously helped by the parts and service department. At no extra cost, they tested and replaced the battery with a higher quality product for no additional cost to us. For this simple, yet not common care for customer satisfaction, we immediately loaded up our rigs on a trailer, and dropped off same day for full services. Northern Power Sports will be our new lifelong family for parts and service. Thanks for the care and knowledge.”
“The ole wood truck got upgraded to a front dana 60 Detroit truetrac, fresh gears, bearings and seals. Their work in front dana 60 has held up for a year so far. Always off road and chained up. I ain't been easy on it. Their prices are a bit high. But so is everything else nowadays.”

“Frank made it clear as soon as we contacted them that they prioritized travelers like we were. Within hours after our arrival they had a diagnosis. The parts arrived just before closing, so they let us overnight and had us out the door by a little past noon the next day. Jerry confirmed that we needed a new generator and engine starter battery and did the work. We also had them do an oil change and lube.
