We love O'Reilly's, had another great shopping experience today, needed something specific, they were very helpful and we were in and out quickly.

I'm from out of state. I use O'Reilly almost exclusively at home, and I'm generally happy with my experience. This store was disappointing. Staff was pretty aloof, and the store didn't have what I came for. Should have been a really common item. Maybe just a fluke.
