“I bought an entire bedroom set (King bed, mattresses, 2 nightstands, a dresser with mirror, a tallboy dresser & another sidewalk for a sitting area). When it came in I picked it up and after I got home & unboxed it all I noticed the frame of the mirror was damaged. I called & spoke to George who offered a discount or a new one. I opted for a new one. It look a bit to come in - but because I chose that option it wasn't a big deal. It finally came in & it was worth the wait. I love the set!
I did improve the slats that go under the mattress and I added leg supports just for added strength. I noticed that the slats didn't stay put (they bunched up), but this upgrade solved the problem.”
“They have been really great people to work with. Very communicative and informative about everything they have. Delivery and scheduling for pickups was a breeze. They made everything simple and easy to work with. Be sure to plan in advance for any inconveniences that can be worked out. Really only con I have was the prices were a little high but that’s expected when you are renting to own and don’t attend to keep is understandable. I will definitely be doing business again with these people.”
