Horrible store/company, even worse customer service. Traded out my internet box only to go home and sit on tech support for 2 hours because they forgot to scan the box in at the store. Can’t even get ahold of the store as they don’t post the local number.

I pay $180 per month for my internet to be down all day. When I call tech support an automated robot tells me “Calling tech support is not necessary at this time.”

Every one saying it's not worth it is correct. The last few months the Internet hasn't been good and they won't fix it when you call.
