“I had Mountain Beam installed at a cabin down in the swamp on Farmers Loop over a year ago and have been so happy with the service that I have now replaced ACS with Mountain Beam at my house in the hills above Goldstream. In both cases line-of-sight to a tower was marginal, and Andrew came out and spent plenty of time with me to identify the best tree to mount my dish to, gave me advice on trees that might need to be cut and just in general gave EXCELLENT customer service. Your internet speed is sensitive to the quality of your signal from the antenna, so if you don't have perfect line-of-sight and you need fast internet for video calls/gaming you better talk to Andrew first. He'll tell it to you straight. With marginal line-of-sight at both places, I am very pleased with my ability to download and upload large documents and stream video. The price and internet speed/reliability is good. Andrews customer service is phenomenal. Excellent local business.”

“10/10 would recommend this company!!!Will J. was so kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. I haven't had that good of customer service in a long, long time. It's nice to call a company and speak to someone who genuinely cares, is extremely knowledgeable, yet down to Earth and can explain things easily for us who aren't as "tech savvy" hahah.Once again, thank you Will J. for your tremendous help, kindness, knowledgable, and care for the people in your community.PS - I will be recommending you guys due to my interaction with Will J.”

“We had Microcom install our new WiFi system (we had all the hardware already) 5 star experiences across the board. Marianne initially fielded all of our questions and concerns. She was knowledgeable and quick to return calls. When we decided to utilize their contracting expertise, it was an easy process to work with dispatch to make a next day appointment. The contractor, Tyrrell, was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, and precise- he worked with us to ensure that the hardware was installed perfectly. We recommend Tyrrell and Microcom to anyone in the Fairbanks/North Pole area who needs WiFi and/or sound systems installed!”
