Had a "winter emergency" that required sourcing a new door to my Buderus furnace. Given the lead time for a replacement door, and the fact they had no spares in stock, they took the door off one of their brand new furnaces that matches mine and sold me the door (and are ordering a replacement for their furnace directly from the factory).
I would not have been able to restore my primary heat source this quickly without their willingness to go the extra mile and think outside the box.
