“Sentry Hardware is one of my favorite stores. If you can't find something hardware related they probably have it at Sentry. The last place I know of you can buy nails or screws by the pound.”

“Phenomenal group of people at Ferguson Plumbing Supply. Special thank you to Nathan and Ryan and the rest of the team. Had a "winter emergency" that required sourcing a new door to my Buderus furnace. Given the lead time for a replacement door, and the fact they had no spares in stock, they took the door off one of their brand new furnaces that matches mine and sold me the door (and are ordering a replacement for their furnace directly from the factory). I would not have been able to restore my primary heat source this quickly without their willingness to go the extra mile and think outside the box. Thank you!!! 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I drove around Fairbanks most of the day shopping for a work rain jacket and some rubber boots… hit the standards, Big Rays and Prospector’s, couldn’t find exactly what I wanted in my price point. AIH came through, got my jacket and Muck boots and went to leave… alas, I had locked my keys in my car, ends up the manager and an employee by the name of JT helped me get into my car and get home to enjoy Alaska Day! Pretty decent outfit in my book, thanks fellas.”

“I had the pleasure of being assisted by two wonderful store associates, Kyle in flooring and Kristy whom is one of the managers. Both worked expeditiously to help me with a product that wasn't available in the Anchorage area. I'm extremely grateful for their helpfulness and promptness of addressing my needs as a customer. THANK YOU”

“Went to Home Depot to look for a garage door opener and one of the associate Kirsten that looks like just came in with her winter jackets in her arm, haven't even put down her stuff ask us if she can help us on anything. She helped us all the way. That day it helped our visit easy and faster because of Kirsten. We have experienced in home depot that a lot of times you we canot find anybody to help us or no associates around. But that day we appreciate Kirsten so much. Her service is outstanding.”

“The manager was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and very efficient. Also, on my way out, I witnessed a worker carrying flowers for an elderly woman all the way across the parking lot in the pouring rain. It was such a wholesome moment and that worker deserves a raise! I didn’t catch his name but he has a beard and had his hair in a man bun, looked to be about 30 years old. Wish I would’ve gotten a photo!”

“We recently bought new countertop for our kitchen from Home Depot. Just want to say I’ve been impressed with the process. Thanks to Heather for getting the order together. Also, thanks to David and Bogdan from Precision Countertops for the install. Despite a slight setback, David made it all good immediately and we’re happy with the results.”
