Good car, no issues other than the huge cracked windshield that was noted. Would be nice if they told you that you can park in Hertz, thrifty, or dollar spots upon returning since thrifty was all full and they made me go back out and move it. But great customer service overall.

This was a fantastic car rental experience. The girls at the counter were super nice and helpful. We got a great 4WD car that didn’t even need to be plugged in during the cold weather and had no problem on the snowy roads (those that did need plugged in they provided extension chords and instructions for). It was great!
