“The service provided was engaged by the American Motorcyclist Association which was responding to my need for help. I left my bike at a roadside rest stop 60 miles from Fairbanks, my destination at the time. I had an unrepairable flat in my front tire. This was 8pm at night. I chose to get a ride home for the night. The next day Save-on-Towing dispatched a truck to fetch my bike and deliver it to Fairbanks. They did this according to the planned schedule talking care with my bike and unloading it exactly where I requested.
