“I used to take my vehicles to auto hobby on Eielson because I couldn’t find an in town mechanic to trust. Now, I won’t take them anywhere but JP Auto! Jeremy and team are great! They don’t talk down to you and will explain things to you in a way you can understand. The pricing is very transparent with a smooth process. More important than that they don’t swindle, and they certainly get the job done!! If you need any type of repairs or even just an honest look over, I highly recommend this place. “I was in dire need to get my Jaguar F Pace winterized and after going several places in which one told me they would not recommend me to try anywhere in Fairbanks. I called Simard’s and thank God I did because they were able to get me an appointment within a day and winterized my vehicle with no issues. Kent, the shop’s manager was phenomenal. He kept me informed on what was being done and he did not try to up charge me for any services performed. I would definitely take my vehicle back to Simard’s on Cushman. I am very big on customer service and their shop met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you one again for outstanding customer service.”

“Excellent service, and great price! My truck wouldn't start, despite being plugged in during the cold snap right before Christmas. It would turn over, but not catch. I got it towed to their place, they did their magic, and I had it back the next day. The tow truck driver asked why I wanted it towed to Rogers, and I said because it was the closest one on Google maps - he said it was the best place in Fairbanks, and that I'd made a wise choice. Amazingly low price, great customer service, and excellent work!”

“Best Truck tire shop in town Richard, Ron and Marshall are knowledgeable and if u tell them what u are doing with the truck and what you want out of your tires ie better traction or treadwear they will steer you in the right direction as far as wheels and tires go and in my experiance with them when things go wrong they have stepped up and made it right for me. Only happened once in over 7yrs of doing business with them but Ron handled it with coutesy and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for truck and trailer, farm tractor, motor grader, loader, Even forklift tires!”

“Did an excellent job fixing my radiator issues, and timely too, given that few weeks later we have had 20 below to 40 below temps for more than 2 weeks!The heating is working like a charm ????, my car is warming up quicker and my engine ????is so far still somehow working when a lot of my friends cars are dying!!This was my 2nd time visiting them, and will be going again when I need some other maintenance done to my car.Only real downside was that they needed a day or two more to fix my radiator issues than what they had said they need, but given the complexities of my car I've had, I wasn't surprised!!”

“First off, I never write reviews for anything but my experience with this dealership was amazing. Mr Dennis Davis was my sales rep and he was very professional the entire time. We did some standard back-and-forth haggling over the price and we ended up striking a good deal for me on my used truck. While driving off the lot I noticed the front right tire was flat and had a nail in it. I brought it back and they patched it for free. A day later I got a call from one of the sales managers, Mr Justin and he had them order a full new set of all-terrain tires for me as that is what the ones on there were. Not cheap! They did all the work thereafter for free and I walked away with a good deal for the truck and a nice new set of shoes for it all for free. By far the best car-buying experience that I’ve had yet. Michael was my service rep and he was awesome also!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND All Automotive which is locally owned and operated by Zaccai n' team.Long story short, power steering pump went out on my '86 Winnebago P30 motorhome while visiting Fairbanks (from Anchorage).I called All Automotive and spoke to mechanic Kyle and explained my situation. Like every other shop in town, Kyle mentioned that it would be a few days before they can work on my vehicle.
