After having a terrible experience at the AT&T kiosk — where the associate was rude, dismissive, and more focused on commission than helping me resolve an issue — I went to the customer service desk to file a complaint. That’s when I met Giovanna, and I’ve never felt so heard. She was incredibly attentive, took my concern seriously, and immediately provided a real solution by notifying the manager and giving me the correct contact number instead of a generic one.

“I love to check different Costco when I travel. I came to this Fairbank Costco during my Alaska trip and tried their food court. we got pizza, chicken bake, churros, and fruit smoothies. I have to say their food tastes better than a lot of Costcos. Especially the chicken bake. The outside was crispy and not too thin. Inside was filled with chicken, cheese, bacon, and caesar dressing. It was hot and fresh. Very tasty! Another surprise was their churros. I had bad churros in another Costcos before, it was hard and old. Over here it's crispy, soft, and fresh. Yummy!”
