“Very nice renting with Alamo, always quick and friendly service. They never pressure you to upgrade or anything and they are very accommodating as well. Customer service is always great and kind. Saw them helping another not so great customer in front of me and let me tell you the worker was very gracious, patient, understanding, attentive and caring for the customer, even though the customer was rude and having a bad day, the customer service worker kept the smile on their face and even calmed down the customer and they were laughing in the end of it all. Talk about professionalism at its best.
I do also have to say that I love renting with themas all i have to do is show them my travel itinerary at check in and I use my debit card and theres no deposits or extras added at the end. Plus a week car rental was under $300, talk about one heck of a deal. Thanks for caring about your customers, giving affordable rentals and not just treating us like a dollar sign.”

“A must do while in Juneau. The Jeep was nice and clean. An iPad is mounted to the dashboard to help with navigation and provide a narrated history and information on Juneau and Alaska. We loved having the freedom to go where we wanted, but had the guidance from the iPad. They also provide car seats if needed and supplies to pan for gold! Pick up and return were quick and easy- plus the staff was professional and friendly.”
“Unfortunately, they do not offer dockside pickup or a shuttle. I did know this prior. However, I didn't know we would be the farest port. The 12 min walk I thought it would be turned into a 25-minute walk/jog uphill (glad I left kids with wife) . All of the cars are electric, which I was concerned with thinking we wouldn't need be able to travel as far. It worked out, though. We drove North over an hour and had plenty of battery left. Appreciated cars being new. There is a playground near the port that has free chargers, so you can possibly avoid $25 recharge fee.”
“I have seen some negative reviews specific to this Juneau location so I wanted to share my experience with renting a car from them. I reserved a compact size car a few months in advance and when I arrived they gave me a mid size car(Toyota Corolla) for the same price. The Enterprise agents I talked to were helpful and friendly. The car was clean and ran excellent. I drove it all over for 7 days and had no issues with the car whatsoever. My flight was leaving before Enterprise opened so I used their night time drop off. Later that same day I received an invoice for the same amount that was quoted on my reservation and my credit card was billed that same amount. Zero issues, everything went perfectly and as expected.Update - August 2021 - I went back to Juneau and had the same kind of experience as I had in 2019. I totally recommend using this company for your rental car needs. They rock!! Their employees are awesome and I have nothing but good things to say about them and this business.”

“Always fair prices, easy access, and reliable cars. Even though it states they are only open until 10pm, they end up waiting till around 10:30 to make sure you get your car.”
“Good customer service. Fast service. SUV wasn't the cleanest but it was reliable. Intermediate SUV size is quite small, the size of a jeep renegade. Sizes of vehicles need to be depicted better on the website.”

“Directions to find the car were not clear, walked around the main parking lot for 20 min until we realized it was the wrong parking lot. Desk clerk not friendly helpful. Strictly business. Happy for drop box as we had an early flight home. Car was nice to have to see Alaska outside the tourist area.”
