Outstanding customer service! I have to believe that most people wish that picking up a car at every airport could be so easy. Seriously.
The car was perfect, economical, clean, and in good working order. Looked nice too!.
I even received an unwarranted (really) parking ticket downtown which was a case of mistaken (car) identity. I had all the proof of payment for that day. The information employees downtown directed me to City Hall. I completed the paperwork there. They took all my information for review (incidentally, I just received an email stating the fine was dismissed). THEN, I drove up to JNU to notify AVIS. I spoke to the AVIS representative and she took all the same information also, and a copy of my report to city hall. She added all that to my reservation account. No problem all. My first AVIS rental car, and I'm definitely crossing over to this company for all the aforementioned .

“Car was very clean, newer, and plenty of amenities. 25' Toyota Camry. I drove the car all over the island, from one end of Juneau, Ak to the other. The end cost was 5 gallons of gas. I could not have been happier. Thank you for providing a quality car, it helped make the trip that much more enjoyable.”

“Couldn’t have been a nicer experience. It was smooth, easy, and so quick to check in and out. The vehicle was perfect for my needs and in excellent condition. Given the rainy environment I was surprised there were no mats on the floor, but it made no difference to my experience.”

“Unfortunately, they do not offer dockside pickup or a shuttle. I did know this prior. However, I didn't know we would be the farest port. The 12 min walk I thought it would be turned into a 25-minute walk/jog uphill (glad I left kids with wife) . All of the cars are electric, which I was concerned with thinking we wouldn't need be able to travel as far. It worked out, though. We drove North over an hour and had plenty of battery left. Appreciated cars being new. There is a playground near the port that has free chargers, so you can possibly avoid $25 recharge fee.”
“Good customer service. Fast service. SUV wasn't the cleanest but it was reliable. Intermediate SUV size is quite small, the size of a jeep renegade. Sizes of vehicles need to be depicted better on the website.”
“Always fair prices, easy access, and reliable cars. Even though it states they are only open until 10pm, they end up waiting till around 10:30 to make sure you get your car.”

“I can't say enough good things about this service! Right at the port so getting a car was easy. We got one at the last minute (lucky us). They have a map.in the car and best of all they have links on their website for each attraction marked on the map. You click the link and it automatically sends the directions to the GPS on your phone for instant directions. Super friendly and local. I highly recommend them!”
