Juneau Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel with nice, clean rooms. The rooms are a good size, not cramped, and include a kitchen and laundry. It is centrally located but away from cruise ship traffic, with a grocery store within walking distance. The hotel offers a free airport and ferry boat shuttle service.
The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. They are described as wonderful, friendly, and welcoming, providing great service and helpful recommendations. Multiple reviews highlight specific staff members for being huge helpers, very polite, easy to talk to, and exceptionally accommodating, especially during travel delays. The staff is noted for bringing happiness and putting smiles on guests' faces. The hotel remains open in winter, and the rooms are clean, leading guests to state they would definitely stay again.
My room was absolutely spotless! The staff were amazing and I really can't recommend this place enough! My only issue, was I just wish the bed was a little softer, but that could be my old age 🤭

Perfect location, near downtown and the sea walk. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Free coffee and sizable suites, very reasonable for the rate. Highly recommend

Nice hotel for end of cruise-has washing machines in some rooms. Shuttle to airport and to cruise line.
